I need some help on what to get for my honda. I want a turbo that can pump out atleast 7lbs, more like 8 no more than 10 though since a stock D16 has weak *** rods. I need to make something under 1k that's decently reliable. I was looking at ebay turbos and decided *** that since I heard lots of people saying how much shaft play some have and you're better off buying a turbo kit from legos, etc. So I ask you guys, where can I get this setup that meets my standards and price that is reliable?

honestly man those ebay turbo kits have come a very long way in the last couple of years. there was a guy selling china turbo kits and he has one on his own car for 20K miles so thats not bad. however you could piece together your own kit which sometime takes a while but is easier to fit your goals
you will need to go turbo on a budget:
turbo manifold (hf is awesome)
turbo (dsm 14b's can be had for cheap)
intercooler piping-ebay universals or find oem piping from a car and make it fit
bov-bosch plastic bovs can be had for 15 dsm 1gs go for ~40 with oem pipe
injectors (dsm 450s ~50-60)
obd1 converison harness
chipped p06 (basemapped with vtec)
14 down pipe
clutch (alot of people forget about this until its too late)
