Thats a tiny air filter! :P Just take that thing off and put on some wire mesh. Or hell just don't have one on there at all. I used stock 240cc injectors on my setup with RHB5 at 14psi and it held great and no pings or smokage at all. I was running a blue box and ran like stock. Great idle and nothing funny, no bogs, hesitation or anything.

wow, 14 psi - see everyone tells me that I'm crazy to run even 7 psi with stock. Did you bump up the fuel pressure?? My car runs great as is and with the 240's the idle is just like stock. I know that I should move on to the 450's but making them run like the 240's at idle seems to be a pain.

did you lean it out some at idle when you put the 450's in?

After the red overspray burns off your exhaust manifold you should consider painting it white with high temperature exhaust manifold paint and then consider wrapping it. This will retain heat in the exhaust flowing to the turbo giving more energy to work with as well as keeping your under the hood temperatures down.

7 psi on a ihi is more like 150 whp.
