if you're worried about it, you can set up a pcv system like the ones in the diagram above, but be sure to use a real baffled can, not one of those cheap 15 dollar ebay 'catch cans', or else all you'll be doing is sucking dirty oil and unburnt gas vapors in to your intake, which your engine will not appreciate too much. if you're only gonna have a filter on the turbo, just drill a hole in outside of where the clamp will be on the turbo and shove the hose in there and use a 'slash cut' on the end of the tube that will be inside the intake/turbo inlet. basically, just cut a 45° angle on the end of the hose and have the 'long' side of the cut facing the filter, and the 'short' side of the cut facing the compressor wheel, this helps draw more vacuum the higher the load is on the engine (the air rushing past the 'angled' tube aids in drawing more air out of the tube). so basically, here's how you should set it up, take pcv valve out, replace with a tube going in to one side of the breather can, another tube going out of the breather can going in to turbo intake with a 'slash' cut on the inside of the actual turbo inlet side of the 'tube'.

take your pcv valve and hollow it out, then hook a hose up to it, run it to your catch can, then on the other side of the catch can, run a hose to your turbo intake. Then simply place a little filter on your valve cover breather, or runa hose to your turbo intake. And like kevin said, if you cut the end of the two hoses at 45 degree angles, you'll create a venturi effect, essentially creating more vacumn, making your system work a bit better, but you really don't need to do that anyway .

and for a catch, All I run is a really small automatic tranny cooler, its got some crazy baffles inside and it fills up with nasty black ----, brown ----, and a clear liquid that I think is water, hahaha, I sure as hell wouldn't want that going into my engine.

The real reason for setting up a catch can is because under boost, the PCV closes, and all the nasty gases and oil vapours build up residual pressure in the crank case essentially pushing back onto your piston rings. This will cause added wear on your rings, eventually leading to blow-by. It also robs horsepower because your pistons are now fighting pressure on both ends. The catch can simply acts as a filter, 'catching' if you will all the nasty ----.

well, it's a rubber grommet where the pcv goes, so basically just get an elbow like the pcv, but hollow, just a plastic barbed fitting to conntect the hose to the grommet in the same manner that the pcv is.

i think slash cut in the exhaust is easiest. I took some old coolant metal 1/4" pipe i had laying around, slash cut it, drill a hole in my down pipe, put it in the hole, weld it up (jb weld will work too), the metal pipe is long enough where it comes up into the engine bay so i just connect a hose from PCV to slash cut. I don't know how well it works b/c i don't have clear hose hooked up but i'm sure its doing its job.
