Default opinions on my setup!

Hey eveyone how much hp and lbs of boost can a d16z6 handle if I was to get:

eagle rods
je pisons
arp studs
block sleeved
.48 .60 t3 turbo
450cc injectors
tuned on dyno w/ uberdata

like just a ball park number and also what else would I have to upgrade, obviously gonna need to get bigger radiator, and some kinda of better spark. any comments and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! And sorry for such a vague question.

Probably between 15-25psi, but remember the tuning is everything. With the right tuning I would say even higher.

Damn no telling. Depends on how much tuning you do and how you drive. If I was you with that setup I would run around 12 pounds driving around and around 18 at the track. Oh yeah ---- the block guard.

Nice man...And JD he didn't say block guard.
With a sleeved block I would run the max boost with not too much loss in turbo efficientie.
I would Dyno it ...I think it would begin to loose a lot of efficiency at 15-17 psi or so with that turbo.
You would be able to reach 250, but 300 whp would be difficult.

bump the compression of your pistons up to high 9's or low 10's and you will be able to keep the turbo in its efficiency range but you will be able to make more hp per psi. Just tune very carefully but the limiting factor on that setup is def. that T3 turbo and the injectors.

I dont know your goals but if you want like 250whp on the Z6 i would do something like:

high 9's pistons Arias or Endyn or some brand like that. Ive heard good and bad w/ SRP's i think i would spend the extra $50 for peace of mind,
arp head studs,
eagle rods,
T3 .48/.60,
550cc Injectors
Uberdata
3 bar MAP sensor
