makes no diffrents i got it off but the ------- center section is rusted together....it wont move i hit the living ---- out of it and nothing...i heated it up and nothing i soaked it in wd40 and nothing ---- it i give up im so pissed im going to run it like that for now and if it blows it blows all well ---- it....------- mopar turbos.....goddamn m10. the really fucked up part is i had my down pipe made for this turbo so that was a ------- waste of money ill post pics as soon as i get home... by the way i had the down pipe flange welded to the o2 housing of the turbo...im sooo pissed

No theres no pressure at the return line. It's designed to be gravity fed. Thats exactly why the straighter you can get that line withought any sharp bends, the better it will flow. I wouldn't hook up an inline pump to it because a:the pump could easily be burned out, and b: thats just more places you could end up having a possible oil leak.
I had to hit mine to get the housings to budge too. and i ended up breaking bolts, so you got lucky just make sure it's soaked really well and if you've got to put it in a vise or something and try working the housings back and forth with a pipe or something.

I still dont' get it... if there's pressure at the oil pressure sensor, and you T into it to run the oil feed line, it goes into the turbo, the turbo doesn't just eat it. I'm sure there is some pressure behind the oil coming from the turbo. Maybe not much though.

you guys are missing the point, there is pressure in the feed line because the feed line is very small. when you turn on a water hose to wash your car, there is pressure in the hose but as soon as the water escapes, guess what no more pressure. Same thing when the oil goes into the bearing section the oil is no longer pressurized and must gravity flow out the exit and gravity flow into the oil pan. If there is any impedance to this flow the oil will build up and rise past the turbo seals and your car will smoke like there's no tomorrow. The reason why the return has to be so big is because there is no pressure pushing the oil through it, so it needs to be big to have the same FLOW RATE as the pressurized feed line. think about it.
