what size fittings do i need to connect my oil lines to the turbo? I'm getting the tunner toys fitting for the back of the motor but I don't know what I need to put on my turbo. It's a mitsubishi TD05 off a 1st gen eclipse.
any help would be appreciated

 

dude finding the right size fitting for the oil feed is a BITCH!!!!

12mm x 1.25 to a -4an flare.

if you arent using a -4an feed line you will need an adapter...

not expensive, BUT GET THIS FITTING FIRST OR YOU WILL LEAK OIL FROM THE FEED LIKE IT'S THE TURBO'S JOB!!

oh yeah and for the return line just get the stock oil return line and hack it so you have like 1"-2" or pipe coming down off the bottom of the turbo. then you can connect a -10an hose to the stock line and hose clamp it down and weld a tube that'll accept the other side of the -10an hose into the top of your stock oil pan..

 

I just went to mitsu and bought all the lines. And bought the drain from Road Race Engineering. That oil inlet is a bitch to find.

 

you can buy the drain from road race but you can get the stock return for like pennies on DSMtrader.com

 

how much do the lines run at dealerships??

 

Flamenco T (or something like that) sells -3an to 14b banjo bolt fittings for the oil feed into the turbo. he is located on honda-tech.com
