Default 14b earls fittings

Ok I'm about to just break down and get the stock oil drain fitting from Mitsubishi. Cant find the earls fitting to fit it. Anyone know the name of what I'm looking for? Also what earls fitting should I use for my oil pan?

This is in the FAQ. The other question is a mystery.
