Default oil cooler sandwich adaptor for cheap, but which one ?

http://www.perma-cool.com/Catalog/Cat_page28.html

To be honest, I wouldn't have bought the fitting commonly sold on this web site ( it did work great regardless ), if I'd of know about pera-cool's sandwich adaptor.

See if you add an oil cooler to the "HMT.com oil fitting" then your just going to cool the oil going into the turbo, not the oil in the motor. Which is great for the turbo and its helps reduce the presure that can sometimes "blow-by" the turbos oil seals, but no less your oil that is going back into the motor is still extremly hot ( 100K RPM turbo tend to heat it up ).

ANYWAY !! Here's my question. On that webpage above it say "most honda" then there is another one that fits "later model fords and SOME hondas", does anyone have an idea of which part I'd need for a D16 ? I know the D and B uses the same oil filter, but not sure about the other hondas..

Also just wanted to show some more options.. I'm ordering some stuff from summit, and its only $25 without shipping..

Yup nothing wrong with sandwitch adapters.. Whats funny Golden Eagle has like this totally bling adapter, that cost like 50 bucks, and you can get these cheapys for 25 bucks. Definatly the way to go.

But which part number on that page do the B/D series guys need to use ?
I'm assuming the one that says "most hondas" and no the one that says "late model fords and some hondas".

They should post a app. guide...

My guess would be part# 186 because alot of mitsu oil fitlers cross over to hondas. B/D/H series all use the same oil fitler.

glad I made this topic b/c I desided NOT to order it and I ordered a new boost guage instead ( plus MLS head gasket and head studs ). I looked on my reciet that came with the stuff and summit is giving me $20 off my next order !!
$25 - $20 = $5 + $8 handling = $13 + tax = appox $15 !!!
