99 hatch with B16A, drag manifold, front mount intercooler, tial 38mm wastegate .4 bar spring, T3/T4,


we connected everything and it is not spooling, it goes from vacume to zero, and just site there even when we REV up to 6000 RPM.

any suggestions?

 

Can you hear it spool at all? What are you using for a filter on the turbo? If its too restrictive like a cloth rubberband over it....you wont achieve any boost.

Its hard to say without some more info....

 

I beleive you also must be driving the car to build boost. The engine has to have a load on it.

I dont think you got yo shiet hooked up correct. check all your vac lines and the fmu. and all that and stuff... quadcheck everyting. look at diagrams and compare.

 

Make sure you have a load on the motor, the turbo will not make any boost unless there is a load. (Go drive it...)
