Holy crud...
Nice. I've been searching for something like this for awhile...
Is there any way to do a standalone oilpan? I've searched but I don't know if what I'm looking for is the same as an 'oil-catch'. I'm a little deterred by the idea of drilling holes in my oil pan (my 'new' used acura cls :( ). Is there something I can make that would have its own oil supply separate from the engine? Or a thread that'll point me in the right direction? Thanks, D()WN7H1FT |

My 1st turbo(s), will be mounted in Brit TR6 2.5L and aircooled VW-4cyl.
Do turbos have to be positioned HORIZONTAL ? Why/not VERTICAL; oil suckage into compressor; shaft cooling? ...hot side up with compressor on bottom would prob run 30 degrees cooler boost air Please recommend sites with pic/video showing placement of components, BOV, WG, exh piping |

Removed a sticky to cleanup FI a bit. So far here is our list of common turbos' stock wastegate settings that you may find in a junkyard. If you have more info, bump the old post and I'll add correct info to this page.

Everyone refers to it as the HF manifold but it came on other cars too. it came on the 88-91 CRX HF. it also came on a 88-91 Civic Std, they are hatchbacks with a 4 speed, vinal interior, and a black panel on the hatch that says 'Civic', (base model) Another car that has them is a 92-95 Civic CX/VX hatch. |
I second that ^^^
