I've been having issue with my Turbo setup for awhile now. I've been having exhaust leak between the Turbo and manifold. I've just spent the last 2 days checking for leak and reseal my gasket between the manifold and Turbo. I've check for leaks on the intercooler and pipes, but there seems to be none. The BOV still sounds loud and the Turbo still spins fine. I've tested the wastegate and it still works, I've also try unplugging the wastegate line. One last thing that I've try was another Turbo. Is it possible that both Turbo are dead or that my engine is blown without me knowing it........

This thing is getting to me.......

 

The BOV is still loud and the turbo is spooling, but you have no boost? Are you sure? Any smoke?

is your exhaust noise quiet? it should be. you most likely have a leak before the turbo, it may spin up fine, but in order to build up pressure in your charge pipes, you also need to build up pressure in your turbo manifold.

 

There's no difference in the exhaust sound

 

I'm telling you man, there has to be NOOOOO leaks between your engine and your turbo, otherwise you WILL NOT get any boost.

 

I was having an exhaust leak between the turbo and manifold, but that's been fix already.
What's odd is, the BOV is sucking as loud as releasing. Is that normal? Cause I thought BOV only relief when TB is close.

 

Sounds to me that your bov isnt closing. Try palying with that. if its making a sucking sound when you floor it that means it isnt closing and because of that you will exactly and please correct me if im wrong. NO BOOST. Invetigate there then move on.

 

maybe the turbine fins bent? they could be spinnin, but not pushin anything :O
