if it wont go above 10in/hg like to 0 you have a problem with your guage because it should go to 0 when you floor it even if the turbo is fucked

 

yeah it will go to zero, min does it all the time(NA) and i stare at the guage hopping that maybe my Ram air will make 1 psi, lol.

the panty hose could be whats causing it, but your guage is definately fucked if it won't even go to zero.

 

Ah ----! You put the turbo on backwards and it's sucking, not blowing.
