new turbo dohc zc project
recently we finished turbo dohc zc project.
parts are:
- fiat crome t3 .42/.48 turbo
- ford transit '02 tdi intecooler
- rx7 460cc injectors
- egay blow-off
- vtec-e manifold
- turboedit
parts:
stock look:
"modifing" vtec-e manifold
turbo + turbo manifold + modded wastegate actuator
downpipe:
oil return fittings:
intercooler piping:
setup came very good. right now it blow only 6 psi. after i will get back my notebook to street tune ecu, we will raise bost to 8-10 psi range.

some updates. today we remade last section of intercooler piping. just to be sure it will hold =) owner made some cosmetick changes like thermo shield for manifold, some brackets for piping and oil feed line.
