as for the flange, thanks alot for the help, i don't know anyone who has the ability to cnc or cut steel, we have some friends who are going to weld up the exhaust and chargepiping, but there in brampton.
i realy don't want to take the turbo off, can i just trace out the wholes and bring you a template?

I'll take my flange to work tomorrow and scan it so it's in an image file. I'll throw it up here and you can grab it, print it and cut it out to see if it fits your housing easily. If so, I'll take exact measurements of my flange so Aaron can dupe it for you.

oh she runs dude... she's fast.. just have to switch the clutch this weekend, cuz it's slipping more then an eskimo.
it runns really rich at idle because of the fmu, but i am looking for some 330 injectors from an auto turbo dsm. those should work with my oldschool safc with *****.
as for scaning that flange in... you are AWESOME thanks soo much you guys are a huge help.
the car is super fast fun to drive and the blow off valve sounds like a piggon when i don't push it, and a mean whooosh of air when i press it.
only thing is that i am at full boost at 3500 4000 rpm pretty laggy, but that's becuase the t3 is just a bit big, i hope to get it to spool quicker with some two inch charge piping, also getting rid of that 90 degree bend on the down pipe.. the down pipe is sickly looking, and is made with a flex pipe. it only builds pressure under load.
the o2 sensor rubed the fu%k out of the hf rad, and punctured it on the way to the campsite at n10. so i got a delsol rad, for 109 dollars canadain, beet that price you americans... lol it cools really well and the temp stays below half, all the time.
here are some pics... just for fun.

Chris-
Here is the flange scan.
This is actual size, so if you print it out, it should be just right. I'd measure it just in case though. it's 85mm from the middle of each bolt hole to the next and the middle hole is 60 mm in diameter.
