I think what people are trying to say is, research like everyone else did. there is no 1 thread on this site that are "instructions" on how to construct a turbo kit.

you pretty much named everything that you needed, except for fuel management, and oil lines.

now for your intercooler piping, you can use anything that will hold pressure. ive seen peoeple us pcv piping, "universal" coolant hoses conntected together, flex piping, but most use mandrel bent 2.5" piping. (exhaust tubeing) you can use whatever your little heart desires.

the thing is that you're asking every question at once.
"------ your hustle" one thing at a time. on a d16 10psi well tuned expect to see no more than 210hp. and you're missing the oil lines i think on your list. if you're gonna do this yourself, you're gonna need some welding for the charge pipes and the down pipe. not to mention a manifold. you're welcome on the site, but i don't think anyone here's gonna take up an hour to post step by step instructions. did you laugh at the Nicole Kidman joke?lol

most of the people here including myself get the piping from jcwhitney 2 1/4" aluminized mandrel bent is good. just measure more or less by eye the amount of tubing aswell as the type of degree tubing you need. 45degree 90degee etc. after you gigure out where you're gonna mount your intercooler. for the oil lines, cheapest and strongest would be 1/8" npbt brake oil line(as in the brakes, inbetween the clutch and accelerator), it's gonns be a straight thin steel tube with threaded fittings that rotate at the end of the tubing, figure out what length you need and you can find it at any auto parts. you can bend this tubing by hand from the oil sending unit which you'll T off of to your turbo.
