Default My first "Garbage" welds (first manifold)

I started to fabricate my rear exhaust turbo manifold today. My welds look like bridshit, but they at least penetrate to the other side without backcutting the material. Not bad for a 70 AMP fluxcore and no experience.

And here are the last of the initial welds. I'll be grinding a good bit down. And machining the mating surface flat. But you get the idea of my pathetic welds.

I'll complete the initial welds as soon as I pick up another spool of wire.

That is a great starting point for just learning to weld.

Yea, it's a Flux-core welder.

Thanks. I thought it was pretty good, considering it's the first thing I've actually welded.
