Go buy your plumber bends from mcmaster and weld yourself a real nice manifold with the "choice" fluxcore welder you got there. You also may want to invest in a 15in bench grinder so you can grind down your bird ---- welds.

I bought a German one for 200 euros and I tested out on a DC sports header I have in my storage and it just rolled off. but I gues the reason is because it was too cold, or the dc sports was ceramic coated. hope it works though.

 

most likely because of the ceramic..and don't listen to that guy..for the money. and if you don't mind a little grinding your flux core is fine

 

definitely go with schedule 10 pipe. 40 is more than you would need.
