Default Is my welder good enough?

Here is the welder i got:

http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/produ...subcat=Welders

I want to make a manifold and am wondering if my welder will be sufficient. I plan on using the sched. 40 (i think) bends from mcmaster.com

What do you think? will it hold if we assume i can lay down a good bead.

It will be ok as long as you do double passes on all your welds to get some good penetration.Thats the same on that Ghetto-d has and its been working ok for him as far as I know.

So i shouldn't get the stainless steel? mcmaster has bends that are called black seamless steel, they are sch 40, those should work?

just some schedule 10 piping, it will be easier. also try for mild, its a little cheaper.
