okay i just put my turbo on , and i havent drove the car yet but i turned the engine on a ---- to lubricate everything, i dont have the the downpipe on and i was noticing that , on the exhaust side of the turbo the wheel isent spinning unless i press the gas, should it not spin at idle?

I dont think so even tho I have never tries myself. It shouldnt build boost til l its under a load. So that means it dont need to spin at idle. and you have no exhaust housing on? that is another problme maybe

 

Well if I understand correctly it should spin if it is bolted correctly to you manifold the exhaust has to move through it and it will move...... well mine does anyways

 

That happened to me. I has spitting out coolant and oil into the O2 housing and charger lines. On mine it was the bearings and seals in the turbo needed to be replaced.
