AHHH i just saw that!!! no fuel management?!!! stock injectors stock ecu??

your asking for trouble there dude big time. get some management ASAP

also, i just watched your video. it looks like your oil drain is a good 45* off from 6oclock. your oil drain should be pointing straight to the ground. this allows for maximum efficiency. if its clocked too much ( i typically hear no more than 30* off from straight down) you'll result in oil starvation. my buddy killed his t3 turbo this way. had it clocked a lil too much.

rotate that center section asap

i know, but my goal is to blow i anyway, have a z6 in my garage that im going to put in it, and also i donīt have a job so i cant aford a fuelmanagement programe right now but a fmu and fuelpump is coming soon.

about the t3 turbo i know the oil drain is f* and is about 45*, and i can't rotate the center
beacuse the the wastegate wont fit then.

this is my first hmt so of course things will be f* and since i live in sweden i cant get the same parts that you guyes have at your junk yard and turbostuff dealers

You can rotate it, I was looking at your pics and It looks like if you loosen you v-band flange and it will spin, Then you will need to rotate hte compressor side witch is probably a large snap ring. If you dont have snap ring pliers then you can grind down a pair of Needle-Nose Pliers. It looks like a chrysler turbo, like a TDO4. Check out this link https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...?topic=13035.0

Then get some sort of mangement system. OR you will blow it up for shure.

haha np man. all hmt setups need some improvement. if you rotate both the compressor and exhaust housings together you wont have to worry about the wastegate. basically you just want the center cartridge(with oil feed and drain holes) to rotate

yah even the fmu is better than nothing i guess

goodluck

Your turbo gonna blow because it's not clocked right and running with no managment is just retarded, even if you are trying to blow the motor.
The right way to blow a motor is from too much hp, not from too much deto.

I never understood the whole "my goal is blow up an engine cause I have another". Just swap the new one in and if the old one is still running then sell it or something else. So wait...you can't afford to download a free tuning program but you can afford to get a fmu and a fuel pump? The money your gonna use to buy a fmu and a fuel pump is enough to buy yourself a chip burner and a get a DIY ecu chip kit. I just don't get people's priorities some times.

the engine a d14a2 aint worth a ---- in sweden, and the ecu is not of the ordinary type, dont know if itīs a obd1 or obd2, have looked every where to find out what obd i have, yes i could switch to an p28 ecu, i have one but a funny thing is that only 2 of the 3 connectors to the ecu fits, and converison harnests to my car are no where to be found beacus itīs an uk model. and i dont know anything about chipbrurning and stuff, are trying to learn but aint a fast learner.
