I have my fidanza installed for 5 month's now..in 4 different engines...Right now in a ZC boosted with a T3/T4 @ 13 psi.
I beat on it most of the time. It still holds up fine...I just torque it to sepcs think it was about 80+ LB.ft

Just torque em down and if their used then I just torque em' alil more. I've never used brand new bolt, flywheel, headbolts,etc....

Aluminum should be fine, but like with aluminum wheels, I'd suggest retightening the bolts after 100 miles or so.

It'd be a big hassle, but I prefer to do that than have my flywheel come off.

And for the record, I run an ACT Chromoly Race unit, it's sweet and I've had no issues.
