u ever think of upgrading turbo to maybe 16g or 18g?

 

I was trying to get my hands on a 16G but I got a really good deal on a new 14B. I will upgrade the turbo later on when I get the stuff to make a new downpipe and better flowing manifold.

 

Nice video, but its begging for more boost!

 

I'm going to turn it up and have it retuned once the motor get good and broke in. I've only put about 700miles on at so far.

Well I messed up last night. Lost control on a mountain run last night. So far it all looks to just be cosmtic damage and it could have been a lot worse.

Took a look at the crash site this morning. Last night the black marks were much better. But you can see how far I slid and how close I came to hitting a 4x4 post and a large concrete ditch.





I still haven't started repairing the car I just don't have the energy to mess with it right now just kind of pissed off at myself I guess. Its my first crash that I caused. I've been in 3 other crashes but I was hit from behind every time.

Other than the pounds of grave in my fenders wells and the scratched up drivers side rim thats all I've found. I have to pull the bumper off to see if it got the intercooler but it was boosting fine after the crash.

It could of been a lot worse.

 

Thats why I just do drag racing, I love turns but its not worth it this days...

 

yea I'm done with the turns. My car is now a cruiser and drag car.
