A supercharged mustang dyno'd after me and only made 412hp. I shitted all over him with a measly 100 shot. He drove in thinkin he was all big ang bad and my crapmaro owned him on the dyno. Who knows maybe a turbo mustang will make more power.

 

Well, 4.6L is just a bit smaller than 5.7L. And did he have any supporting mods? Like you have headers at least to open it up a bit, but if he was running stock exhaust with a supercharger, thats gonna be a pretty big restriction

but why such low goals on the hp? from the way most mustang guys talk it seems they are aready making that much power without mods.
anyways you said you have some wastgate issues, I think you should get a tial wastegate, seems to be the best gate on the market.

but again 440rwhp? come on. I have half the cylinders, half the displacement, 3/4 the turbo, 1/4 the potential, but my goal is 500whp. if I have a mustang my goal would be 800whp, and be rocking 2 sc61 turbos. with dual 4" turbobacks
wont a safc or something of that sort work on a mustang?

Cause a stock 4.6L 3 valve rod will exit the block at around 500whp. They are made from powdered steel. Very weak by any standard. Also the stock crank is weak as well.

 

He had all the supporting mods and an intercooled supercharger, he was acutally selling his car on craigslist due to it being a pile of trash.

 

that car must have had a bad tune dude, my cousin's twin-screwed 3V Kenne Bell Supercharged GT (2006) is making 438rwhp @ 4k rpm, and his tune is shitty after that, but it'll make 480rwhp or so.

 

did i mention the charge motion delete plates werent in yet?? im barely going to slap those on tomorrow.. and more boost!!! FTW!!!
