IMO its your fmu. try pulling fuel with the afc, or useing bigger injectors w/o the fmu.
another thing it could be is a vacume leak, or the tps or even the electronic air control valve on the back of the I/M. anyways nice setup, good to see another first gener, ever check out www.redpepperracing.com ? anyways. nice setup

well technically afc, isn't hooked up yet. lol. freind has the back part of the harness.
and ie already fixed the huge vacume leak. thought of that last night so i boost checked it today and found were a helping friend A=didn't clap down on of the couplers all the way, and B= dind't install the boost gauge hose correctly either.lol
Also got new plugs and wires. fixed the missing in rev-up
also went old school and pulled my plugs. A= temp. line on the ground strap is a bit on the hot side, next a stage colder on the plugs, last time i think i used ngk iridiums, what is your guys opninion on plug type. B= plugs on 2,3 are a little tanned on the porclien, while 1,4 are almost white. C=unfortunatly ther are some of those horrible little black specs on the porclien. Which we all know is tell tale sign of predetonation. so im not to happy about that
and no i have never seen that site before. that would have been helpful like two years ago.lol its just really cool to see other people with 1gs.
and of all things exhaust is putting out a good amount of smoke, which most likely mean an oil restrictor is in order.

ok so i got a damn oil restricitor, and a damn guage to go witih it for ***** and giggles.lol basic balll swivel restictor with the lever just lick steath's sugestions oog setting the damn thing?
