haha its a b18a1 my ------. and i would say it is worth boosting any car just off the top of my head. why wouldent it be if you do it right. even if you dont honda motors are everywhere. a boosted ls is all you need to have fun. even a d series if you want. you can always find another motor for around 500 or less.

Just chip your ECU your self. I did it and its really not that hard. Costs about 30 bucks then the price of getting someone to load a BIN onto it then tune. I'm sure that there is someone in your area that can do it.

the hood does close with the wastegate there. lots of trimming to do for the under hood supports but thats it. i started it up today without managment. just 450cc injectors. seemed to run ok. well beside the fact that is wouldent rev up and it would die when i gave it a little gas. but im gonna hook up the vafc real quik and see what happens then. oh and no leaks so far so thats a plus.

Right on man. Hook that VAFC up and take some fuel out.

I ran a hack on my first setup for a few months, seemed to work fine. But it ran much better when I switched to Uberdata.

I liked how quick and easy it was to tune with the hack, changing the fuel values and such were super easy.

Good luck with the setup, looks like it's going to be fun!

well maybe if i could figure out how to hook up the signal wire. it says pin c11 on ecu harness so i got that done. and then it says c11 on engine harness side. dont get that so its not hooked up yet. so its possible that i havent even been correcting fuel all day.
