Has anybody had success with using this V/S-AFC fuel controller and 450cc injectors? or is it just bullshit...
sounds too good to be true.
i'm gonna do it on my D15b7, if it blows, u guys know it didn't work. lol

It works dude, lots of people are using this setup... it was actually guys with DSM's who started all of this, they were putting the afc controllers with 650/550 injectors and controlling them with that

abaz do you just use a little drum or die grinder to bore out the holes. or should you use a reamer to make em 2mm bigger?

Just a small die grinder will work, grind small amounts away in circular form and then recheck to see how well it fits, should be semi snug.

Ive been running 450cc injectors on my 97 LS coupe for 3 months now...without any resistance box or anything. I wonder if this is why I had to turn my fuel pressure down to 20psi to make the damn thing run. When boost kicks, fuel psi goes to 60-65 psi; throttle response rocks, Im even on the rich side @ 10psi...
any comments?

That is very odd, which injectors are you using? are you positive they are DSM 450cc injectors? DSM injectors and older civic 4G's are all (hold & peak style) low impedance, that REQUIRE a resistor box, or inline resistor. The newer civics/integras 92+ all use Saturated style injector (high impedance). You can easily screw up your ecu by running the incorrect style of injector, plus it should not run correctly.

Well, non-obd injector plugs snap right on (I know, because I had to switch from obd2 to nonobd) so Im assuming they are the older peak and hold style. You know the correct way to tell what generation these injectors came from
