aint really much to look at right now. Progress is kinda slow b/c i'm broke but I'm going to be building my own manifold, piping and exhaust. Im really not looking forward to installing the clutch because I fear physical labor. Hopefully this weekend I'll get some wiring in place for the voltmeter that I'm gonna use to display wideband and the boost gauge hooked up, as well as the MAP sensor for the AEM.

With the F/IC I'm hoping to get rid of the MAF alltogether. It's been reported as successful. The AEM does VPC ----. neat! I'll be shooting for about 220whp. Not gonna break any records but it should be fun enough. I live in the city anyways so I rarely get to go over 50 in the city and 90 on the highway. Figured the 14b would be a good match for my situation.

The first car that was HMT'ed that I ever rode in was a turbo miata and I've always wanted one since. That was like 10 years ago!

Got my manifold bits in so I started fabbing. Figure it'll take about 3-4 2hr sessions. Yeah I'm slow. Ordered some oil lines today. I got everything I need now except post-turbo exhaust parts. I'll order them with my next check which will all I need. Ordering is the easy part. Fabbing and tuning = teh hard *****. Took me a while to get some settings right. The GLOB of weld is ugly yet functional.
So far....

Using a piece from the stock manifold's collector to connect manifold to turbo. Still needs a bit of work before welding.
