MAX boost from a T25 (nissan)

Re: MAX boost from a T25 (nissan)
I would say about 25psi or so, but why would you want to do something like that. VERY unpredictable boosting, seeing as your pushing the turbo WAY past it's efficiency range, your gonna get alot of extra heat created in you intake charge, and the turbo would last about half as long as it should.

he is reffering to the older 300zx's like I use to have, I had the 84 with a t3 in it, in my research I found that the older t3 becomes inefficent after 12psi and just create alot of heat after that.

my stock t25 was good to 18psi daily.. it was off an sr20 tho. sometimes it would creap to 21ish psi. felt awesome. turbo's still good. no shaft play. did it for a few months. i wouldn't recomend doing that daily but maybe a few passes at the track wouldn't hurt it to much.

SR T25s diffrent turbos T25 or T25G
i have t25g ( the big one) (compressor)a/r .80 trim 50 ( turbine) A/R .64
my CA18ET starts spooling up at 1800rpms and will go past the engines ability.
i have seen 22psi on this T25G
