Re: Manual boost controller
So I can't use this style of MBC on an internally gated 14b? I have one of these (not hooked up) and a homemade one on now made from plumbing pieces and a ball and spring but I want something that isn't all ------ed.

Re: Manual boost controller
With an internal gate, you just need to put a ball-and-spring valve (Grainger valve, or http://www.boostvalve.com) in-line to the actuator. You could do that with an external gate, too, and leave the top chamber open - that's how I used to have mine set up.

Re: Manual boost controller
Donalds ching chong one. I tried using it turned all the way down the way he told me and every time it would act like the WG was unhooked... 15+psi spike when it should've been about 8. My pipe fitting one is working fine though, holds 11psi steady.
