They can do about 210hp before they go way out of their efficiency range. I've heard that the massively huge exhaust housing is good for up to 350hp with a properly sized compressor. The compressor side of this turbo is completely identical to a T25, and it shares the same bearings/seals. Are there many compressor options for a T25?

The manifold is ready, just has a tiny bit of machining to be done at the flanges.

A 2" long piramid blending the pipes together into the collector.

And a test fit:

Took a day making the flanges, 3 nights routing pipes and tacking up, 2 nights welding.
And the car is a Suzuki Vitara, 2" suspension lift, 4" body lift, 35" all-terrain radials.
Engine has modified stock pistons, CR is about 8.9:1. I'm working on getting custom pistons, dropping the CR to about 8.0:1... One thing at a time, until then I'll be running 0.8 bar. This car has been running boosted since january last year with a much smaller turbo.

Those are some nice fat looking welds. You did use TIG all the way right? I need to save up a grand for a TIG welder.

Your piece looks pretty damn close as to how I would have had it - good job!

I can see you've done your research, the support pieces are right where they should be.
