You probably could.. though if yo'ure going to go through all of the trouble to do that.. buy a cheap B manifold. The HF doesn't exactly flow all that well, and the fact that ever since the movie "Quick and the Slighty Upset" came out, B series Honda parts are dirt cheap.
uhm or you could buy :
2 90 degree weldable bends 5$
2 Tee weldable's 15$
1 b series flange 30$
and your turbo flange 20$
so thats 70$
all dependant on if you have a hookup for the flanges and such. i mean the one im building will be 35$ total.

The B-series and D-series exhaust ports do not even align that close, so trying to modify the HF/STD manifold would be a huge pain in the ***, especially since the manifold is cast iron.
Your better off getting a custom one made.
