Alternate them between the two collectors.
If you have a nice 2-1 merge, it will even out all the stresses nicely.

We have a wrangler with that 4.0. I would just cut the exhaust pipe after it crosses under the motor and add another bend to position the turbo by the battery. That would be 6 into 2 into 1. That 4.0 is just begging for a turbo.

i thought about a 6-1 merge, but it just looks like a total bitch to make, and not something i want to tackle.

the other thing is that the turbo manifold im making has to wrap under the motor and locate the turbo on the other side, so its kinda like a big U shape wrapping under he oil pan.

I do not wish to re-use the stock manifold because they are very prone to breaking and I want to do my own complete turbo manifold

trust me ive got this pretty well thought out as far as what i want to do.

I don't know about your budget, but Borla makes a nice 6-1 exhaust header with full exhaust. You could easily add a turbo flange to that header and modifiy the rest so then you would have a nice turbo manifold and a decent exhaust.

Bro this IS FOR an inline 6. Jeep 4.0 is an inline 6 and he even stated it in his original post. :1

I like your humility. I respect you for that. :)
