List of question about Turbo Setup.
Using a RHB5 @ 5 PSI for now on a D16Y7 in a CRX 91.
1. How much oil pressure should get to the turbo. Seems like I have too much pressure going in it and I leak oil a bit in the comrpessor.
1a. What can I do to reduce the pression.
1b. What those -4, -3 mean (composimo, pelase explain me..)
2. How hot my EGT should be ? My manifold is a "LUG" type, so I couldnt put the probe into it (too small), so I placed it about 5 inch under the turbo in the down pipe. Running on the Highway with vacuum around -8, -10 Hg my EGT indicates 1200 F. At Idle I'm around 650 - 700. On acceleration I merly go over 1200 F. Under -10 (-13, -18 hg) I'm between 1000F and 1100 F (city driving

The turbo only needs 5 psi at idle but I have mine at 15 psi. To reduce pressure just get one of Stealthmode's ball valves. The difference between a -4 and -3 is the size.-4 is bigger. And your egt's are pretty much the same as mine but my probe is on the mani.
