ok i have the link to the pipes but they are stainless steel now i need to know where to get stainless steel flanges for a D-series... i can fab up the turbo side flange just need the exhaust flange... thanks, dave

i have a t25 and am keeping my ac, I made my log mani for $75 and I have the dp coming off the driver side. It wasn't a pain, but I would advise making the main part of the manifold first, then test fit it with the turbo in had before you cut the hole for where you want the turbo to set on the manifold. I Have a 1/4 between my a/c and dp, works great.

u can make a manifold out of mild steel and if wont rust/crack/melt?

do you have any other pics of the engine bay down by the turbo?? just want to see how you fit it in there !! and what did you make your manifold out of?? stainless or mild steel?? thanks , dave

you dont need ac mang...its almost winter anyways..if you get hot...open a window

yeah well in san diego winter last about 2 months and all it does is rain every other week =\ the chicks are hot and i need some ac to cool them off :P and in 3 months im moving to las vegas =\
