Default Keeping her Cool?

My 90 ZC Turbo Hatch has been having some heating issues this season. I had no problems last season.
I have Switch to a Slim Pushing 1500cfm fan(3"DP No room for stocker)
160deg Jackson Racing Thermo
Oil Cooler
3"JRC Style intercooler
Some Red Line Water Wetter

1: I have tried a Brass dual core half rad=instant 210deg
2: My Stock single Core ALuminum EF rad= Decent in most temp, hot days 210- 215 stop and go 203deg highway at 70mph
3: And now a 2 core brass 88 Accord Full width Rad(Same as a EF just 2x as thick)= Decent at first but 205deg with Cuising in town with 80 deg weather, it was hot in the afternoon and the car was hitting 215 again.

The only thing in my mind is that the Re-Mained Water pump I put in this winter is not suffieicent enough.

There has to be some problem in the components...like a defective thermostat, blown headgasket, something...

Tons of us run stock cooling systems with zero issues.

Ya, New 160deg Jackson Racing Thermo, I have ran 1 stocker, and no thermo. All the same execpt for warm up times.

182psi-180psi-183psi-179psi Compression, no oil/coolant mix. No no HG

Leaning toward pump, Gonna shop around for some better addatives tomorrow.

And I ran stock cooling except for an extra fan last season and no problems. The only thing in the cooling system that has changed without upgrading is the Water Pump. I replaced it when I did the timing belt, but being a Remain, might be causing some problems.

I do not expect it to be a HG. I know how to determine a HG Problem. Also this happens under boost or no boost. With a problem like this I don't like to beat on it.

The symptoms u describe is just like what my car has been doing for the last couple months. I pulled the head off the other day and it looks like I had a very minor head gasket leak on one cylinder. Won't know for sure though till i get it up and running. I also thought the head gasket wasn't the problem initially... I ended up replacing the water pump, thermostat, radiator, radiator cap, and none of it helped.

im gonna have to agree here. civics and overheating problems arent really common together unless theres something like this going on.

2 questions:

Is your lower hose getting hot after ilding a while & is your overflow overflowing or dry (or filled)?
