The radiator fitted without any cutting or bending anything.
I had to mod the bumper a bit(cut away pieces) for the intercooler and piping to fit.
Will put some black mesh tomorrow to cover it up and make it stealthy.

Renault's got some nice really flat aluminum rads.
I was thinking of getting a Laguna rad but them are really wide.They do have push fans though,pretty slim ones too,kinda like FAL

 

using an internal wastegate, but right now it's holding on a carb spring...tomorrow I'm going to make a bracket for the wastegate....
The is an old fan from a '87 CRX ZC...I grinded off the brackets and it fit perfectly...it ain't hitting anything and it clears the downpipe by 1" or more..
The casing is made out of metal..not plastic

 

The fan is tie-rap to the lower rad hose and to the engine mount in the middle
