installed turbo: idles, no CEL, give it gas and it stalls?

I just helped a friend install a turbo kit on his B16 (hes got a 91 Civic running an OBD1 ECU).
The car starts up
It idles fine
There are no Cech engine lights
As soon as he gives it gas it stalls.

Any suggestions on what to check? Thanks

1991 Civic
1993 B16 out of a Del Sol
OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness
Chipped P28 ECU
Running the latest Crome version
Greddy turbo
Profec B Boost controller

Tell us what managment you are using?
What size injectors?
What kind of kit if it was a story bought kit?
If it has a vtahk scalemeter built into the ecu?

TPS sensor?? did he reverse the wires?? what about all the vaccume lines and map sensor hookups??

car ran 100% before install.
All vac lines are still hooked up.

When you give it gas at like 2500rpm it bogs and dies

buddys car did it with 450's ... started it up idle.. rev it past three grand it would literally flood the car and die... boost leak fixed doesnt do it anymore... just try'n to help the kid out smallblock

... i would double check vacuum lines they all may be hooked up .. just not in the right places @!

crome is picky.

id bet its the way you built the basemap. the other night i did one for a guy, uploaded it to the ostrich and got similar results. rebuilt the basemap in a different order of doing things and uploaded it, car fired right up and ran beautifully.
