What is the best way to induce boost creep? I want to keep my car out of surge on the low end but would like more boost on the top end. Since I have a diesel the only limit on boost is what the head bolts and head gasket can take. Is this a matter of just limiting waste gate travel?

 

use a mbc or shorten the length of the acuator arm travels.

a bigger exhaust can help too...
