however I still think a minute idling in your parking spot is gonna do jack diddley for cooling the turbo. especially as compared to just part throttle cruising the last mile or two of your drive.

When I think rice I think pointless. I don't see a turbo timer as pointless. Spending $80 on something that can save a $350 part from failing is definitely injestment in my eyes.
Many people argue the TT, and question my motive to get it. That's fine... I still think it's worth it though.
