Improvement Suggestions

Here's an excel document I've put together of basically everything I need. The parts not listed, to my knowledge that I need, are vacuum lines, IC piping, and T-bolts.

Tell me what you think of the build, and if I could beef up any parts of it. Power goals range from 200whp-250whp up in Colorado altitude of 5500ft-6000ft.

Boostvalve Boost Controller - 50

I'm guessing that's a manual one? If so, just make one or get a cheap one off of ebay for like 10

Apexi Full Auto Timer - If you're only using this car for street, and/or the turbo is water cooled you don't really need this.

And why do you need a new radiator hose?

Depending on what car this is for you might need a resistor box for the 450's. And, in the end you're going to forget something, so don't be suprised when it happens.

Lastly... idk ostrich... how does that work? you night need uberdata/TE chipping kit if ostrich doesn't do it all for you.

The boostcontroller I can make, yes. The turbo timer, what do you mean I don't need it? The turbo is oil cooled, and I don't feel like sitting in my car for a minute or two everytime I want to get out of it. My radiator hoses are cracking on the inside. Good investment I think. I already have a resistor box, so I forgot to list that I think. The ostrich is a real-time editor for Uberdata, as listed I have the chipping kit and am already tuned for NA as is.

This is on a 92 Integra, B17.

turbo timers are useless.

how much cooling of your oil do you really think goes on while you're idling and not moving, hence no air moving through the engine bay.

when you drive the car, spend the last mile driving easy and out of boost, that will be more effective than any stupid ricer device.

Turbo timers aren't completely useless, but I get what you're sayin. Any reasonably person can just realize that they shouldn't be doing full boost runs up to the very last second they pull in a parking spot and shut off their car.

About the cooling of oil when the car is just idling, that's not the main purpose. It doesn't matter if the car is moving, the purpose of letting your car idle for a bit is to cool down the turbo by keeping the oil flowing. If you just shut off the car the turbo will stay hot and overheat the oil that is now stuck in the turbo because the car is off, and cause coking. When it comes to drugs or oil, coking is bad >:D

okay, but if gravity is real, wouldnt the oil in the turbo just drain out?

I've never once taken a turbo off a car and had it leak oil out of the feed or return, so one would assume theres none in it.
