Re:IHI RHB5 turbo oil lines?
does this adapter have a a small hole in it like the original one for oil control? By using this adapter, do you need a restrictor in line? I don't want to blow oil by my seals.
YOu need the inverted flared fitting that has the concave inlet with the smaller hole.
I just ran out of the 10x1.5 Inverted Flared, but I will have those in a couple of days. The JIC side is a -3An.

Or you could just use stealth's oil pressure ball valve. It's only another 10 bucks on top of his kit.

Re:IHI RHB5 turbo oil lines?
Here is what I found. The return fitting is easy as ---- to make. Just take a piece of MS or similar and drill 3 holes in it. You can then weld on a nipple. Or use a thicker piece and tap it with an NPT thread.
For the turbo oiling my return line is about 15mm ID so it's not a problem. Then I used some small braded stainless for the supply. It's about 3mm ID so the line itself is the restrictor. I was making about 10 PSI of oil pressure at the turbo. The JIC/AN to 10x1.5 fittings I used were standard NAPA parts. Brake fittings I believe.
