Default i wanna make my own ram-horn mani, need W/G flange dimensions

hey guys,
i wanna make my own ram-horn manifold for my H23 lude for a T3/TO4E 57 trim in my manufacturing processes class, and i found the dimensions for the turbo exhaust flange, ill prolly just chop up my stock header and use the header flange, but i can't find any dimensions on like a tial 35 or 38mm external wastegate. can anyone help?

and does anyone have any comments/concerns as to making a ram-horn design? i dont really have a time-limitation, so i can take as long as i want on it.

this is the correct T3/T4 flange, right?
