Looks good so far!

How are you planning on routing the hot side charge pipes?

Was it very difficult fitting the 1/2 sized radiator in there? I have to install one soon in my 90 hatch.

ok..yeah i do need to redo some of the piping and get rid of some of the couplers-for now its kinda just a mock-up till tomorrow once i get a few parts..Ive got a support bar for the manifold-nice little fab bar going from the factory manifold support on the block up to the manifold-just havent put it on yet. Ill do that when i reinforce the xmember.

Hot side charge pipes..hell if i know..ive got little to no clearance on that side..ive got a few ideas ill try tomorrow afternoon when i get off work...

The radiator wasnt too bad to put in, it just dropped right in..easier than it looks...

My friend got the fuel pump put in today and the wastegate dump relocated as well. only big thing left is the exhaust and running the wires for my wideband to the dash.

As far as the manifold cracking in the future-it looks to be made pretty damn well. I dont see it cracking much in the future. Ive gotten a few different manifolds in lately and this one seems to be made the best. Since im setting up a turbo setup for my friends del sol too, along with a b18 swap, Ive ordered lots of stuff lately. of course only time will tell.

No updated pics yet, ill get some more shots tomorrow afternoon and try to get em posted tomorrow night.

i had a 16 or 18 psi spring in the wastegate...i swapped it out for a 8psi one..and a boost controller..so im going to run just 8psi right now...maybe more down the road...ill tune it for 8 and make sure only a couple things decide to fall off, then ill worry about crankin the boost up.. >:D
