Ok guys with water/methanol injection, when your already intercooled, does it add power on the same tune, cost power in the sake of reliability, or do nothing to power levels but allows you to add timing and raise your power levels that way? Im thinking about running water/meth injection to be able to preserve my stock engine at 13psi boost on pump gas, mixing in race gas is a pain, but id prefer not to make the car slower just to run pump gas reliably... post up kids

Water injection never adds power at WOT, but raises knock limit so you either have more safety, more power production potential, or a good bit of both.
Alky can add power - slightly - because it creates more working fluid/more water vapor (a major product of combustion, which is part of what cools the engine). Adjusted for stochiochemic, for a given airmass, alky *always* makes more power than gasoline. Whoopty ----, given prices and the fact you have to run twice the volume of alky to make a given power pffft.
Most people run a blend because water has greater cooling potential but without alky has a LOT of surface tension and sucks to get decently atomized. KISS - keep it simple, stupid. That blue ---- for $0.88/gal in Walmart, great, run it.
