i installed a valve cover breather after boosting, the paper element on the breather was bright red when new and now after about 2 1/2 months of boost it's starting to get dirty looking some black color is on the breather. is this normal?

Your fucked, pull the engine and rebuild it

Eh, probably just a little crankcase pressure shoving oil in there, or its sucking dirt from the engine bay. Either way I wouldnt stress, take it off and clean it out.

Lol, it makes you wonder what would happen if Jeff got pissed one day and gave everyone bad advice just to ---- with them. 3/4 of HMT members would be rebuilding motors in the same week

That is what Jeff would be doing if he lost his job....

He'd offer professional built motor building then come on here and give up all bad advice. ... someone would be raking in the cash
