long story short, i boosted my 200k+ mile ls for around 20-25k miles. never really had any reliability problems. my compression started out at like 190 i think and by the time i swapped it out i was down to around 175 or so, but in the process i was running a/f's in the 13s under boost because my wideband fouled out and i didnt know it
