Hey guys, I finally got my car running tonight, it was very exciting, but I had some smoke coming from the turbo. All I could tell was that it was coming from the turbine sorta towards the block. I know it had a little grease/oil on it from hands and stuff, maybe some other stuff, but is it acceptable to smoke a little?

If so, how much? I just wanna know if my turbo is junked.

It's a T25 I got from the CCA turbo group buy. :P

 

everything should smoke for a bit but can't really give you an exact time, you'll just know when the time comes when you think something's just not right :P

 

Cool thanks a lot, that's sorta what I figured. I know what you mean though, by knowing when it's just been too long. I just hope my CCA turbo isn't junked.
