depends on the exhaust a/r size. there should be plenty of options for different a/r sizes. 48 a/r exhaust should do the trick.

alcohol injection. A kit will run you about 400 dollars foir a progressive. It is not that hard to hook up. Google alky injection and it will tell you everything you need to know. Pretty basic really. Easy and inexpensive at that

ok skimmed thru this maybe said maybe not
what you will need:
mpfi set up
turbo manifold(stock with mods, std stock w/adaptor plate or egay for cheap)
turbo (def t25 t28. ford probe, kkk, a .42/.48 t3 isnt bad)
piping(for exhaust and intercooler)
intercooler
bov
(wastegate depending on turbo and mani)
450cc and up injectors
oil lines(tapped oil pan)
chipped ecu(program/obd of ur/tuner choice)
what can stay stock? everything i didnt mention
edit: and a clutch might b a good idea if u plan on driving it
all above can be had for 800-1200$ depending on quality and how much time u put into finding it
look for a talon/lazer/eclipes for most of it

boostedwagon has not a clue yes it help but doesnt replace electroics. and rechipping doesnt trick it tells how to handle. and t25 can produce boots as low as 1800rpm and full boost at 2500rpm depending on tune. and turbos work of exhaust gasses(load) so if they are coming out of motor turbo is spinning bov and wg work of vaccum and pressure
busa i dont know u but i like u. u know stuff

^ok well you need to do some studying up there. I did not say fool the computer. Yes he will need a tune but you can fool the sensors (electronics) on OBD1 a lot easier. for what he is trying to do alky injection would be a cheaper route for what he is trying to accomplish. intercoolers make the air cooler and moretdense to keep from detonation which destroys a motor. alky injection does the same thing except without all of the plumbing and cost. You say 1200 dollars when a good progressive alky kit costs about 400 dollars. alky injection also helps with the octane level of the gasoline. Oh wait to keep from detonation. Guess he wont need the injectors either. I would do some reading up on it before you start babbling on to someone that actually knows what there talking about.

dude what are you talkin about what other electronics are you talking about? ecu and dizzy are the only real electronics things you have and one is semi mechanical. n if ur talkin map tps 02 type things change ur map and tune it so the rest work correctly not get tricked into sumethign they dont understand.

and yeah i 1200 for the WHOLE set up that is complete(as listed) not just an add on thats really only issuance for safely. that works best with hi psi and hi comp low octain set ups and either way ud still need that to be tuned to. and how can you say "yes he will need a tune..." "i guess he wont need injectors" and then say u know what ur talkin about? with boost u need more flo than 260cc injectors. thats one reason fmu n stock inj. sucks.
thanks dont need to read much about it beause ive done/ am doing thanks tho just cause u read something someone else said doesnt mean you know whats really going on. hey how do u feel about co2 sprayers or wiper fluid sprayers both way cheaper than 400 an do the same things. u should change ur name to bandwagon

a good alky setup is about 400 dollars and no it doesnt have to be for high boost levels. You can turn the nozzle on at any PSI you want. look up a devils own kit. And there you will have it.

I just finished a turbo setup for my d15b7 with stock internals. I found a t25 for $250 on craigslist, and that came with the manifold, downpipe, injectors, and oil lines. I was doing mine on a budget also, just surf ebay and craigslist and the right parts will spring up.

alky setup will be more expensive on the long run..you need to refuel it all the time.!!
how much is that in one year?
