I looked at the car up and down,,, everything looks good,,,the flanged the charge pipe everything no leaks,,, amma get my camera fixed to send pixs... thanks for the replies...

You do understand, when we say 'leaks', we don't mean 'fist your mom' sized leaks, we mean pin-hole sized leaks and leaks between head/manifold and manifold/turbo. *ANY* exhaust leak between the head and turbine will kill spool time. When you're running low psi, just about any leak in the charge piping will kill spool time too.

Have you pressurized the charge pipes before? They should hold 20psi w/o ANY movement in the gauge. At most, 1psi of leaking after 2 mins due to shitty seals on your pressure-checker/gauge threads.
