I just got a turbo and it did not come with a any of the parts that I have listed

Im not looking to spend a lot of money on this to start off first turbo.. I do have a budget for all this stuff Im hoping to find it for as low as 100 for it all or as high as 300

Im also looking for a person that lives in Coquitlam or Vancouver BC that could help me find the parts with me.. If I cant find them at all and maybe help me set it up just help not do I can do the work...

I have a 91 civic si and a 91 integra gs thats got work done to it too..

The 91 civic is all stock and has a blowin motor I paid 100 dollars for the car and its in great shape, I got the turbo for cheap too rebuilt too it came with a down tube cut off short, manifold but it does not fit the civic I have the oil line's to go with it and o2 setup too..

This is what I want to do with it Im going to send the motor in to get rebuilt and then install the turbo and set it to stay a 7 psi boost its going to be my every day driver.. I dont want to get into making the car go fast I just want it to be happy..
